I’m Kris DeFoer, I work with busy women to look and feel their best through eating food they like, moving their bodies in ways that they enjoy, and leading a happy, contented life. And having a lot of fun doing it!
As a holistic health and wellness coach, I work with women who want to:
- Really commit to living a healthy lifestyle
- Address and heal their relationships to food, their bodies and life in general
- Live the fullest, happiest, most contented life possible
- Eat well and find exercise they like, without spending all day in the kitchen or the gym
- Find the long-term solution that works for them, for their lives
I believe that it’s totally possible to do all of these things and more!

After working with women, both one-on-one and in group settings, it’s fair to say I know a thing or two about the type of support they need to move forward in their health and life. As a result of my training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and hundreds of hours of continuing education, I’ve not only made dramatic changes to my own health, but I’ve been given the gift of guiding others to do the same.
