My weight has fluctuated up and down for the past 10 years. Dieting left me hungry and I soon got tired of the point/calorie counting. After 4 weeks, I have lots of energy, feel lighter and don’t feel hungry. I am discovering a new way to eat, a new way to cook, I don’t need sugar and feel good about what I’m eating. In participating in group coaching with Kris, I learned more about food and my body and all the ways they interacted than I ever thought there was to know. Her guidance and expertise really helped me understand my body better and how food could be good and good for you! In the program I learned two key food groups that were large irritants for my body and caused me pain and weight gain. After modifying my eating plan to account for those, my heartburn and joint pain is much lessened and I’ve lost 20 pounds in 5 months.
