I went from practitioner to practitioner, trying to find someone who could help me get to the bottom of my symptoms. Imagine my surprise when I started to feel better just by eliminating some foods and adding others! I’m Kris DeFoer and I help busy professional women overcome fatigue, headaches, brain fog and other bothersome symptoms, so that, coming from a foundation of optimal health, they can excel in their professional and personal lives.
